I am looking for Saucony Cross Country spikes and I can't decide between two pairs. Shay or kilkenny?
I Really need need help on this one. I grew out of my cross country spikes and I need new ones... But which pair would be better? I run on grass mostly with a few crossing on pavement. Please don't give me the whole "Well this one is better for this and the other is good for this" I want a single answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't say I've ever run in the Shay model but I have owned the Kilkennys for a bit of time now and I have to say they are the best spikes I have ever run in.
